YOUR QUESTIONS, ANSWERED

Do you accept insurance?

BryVea currently offers private pay services. We are in the process of enrolling with Medicaid and Managed Care Organizations (MCOs) in Illinois to expand coverage options for our clients.

How quickly can care start?

Care with BryVea can typically begin within 24 to 72 hours after your initial consultation and care assessment.

In urgent situations, we do our best to provide same-day or next-day service, depending on caregiver availability and your specific needs.

Our process is designed to be quick, smooth, and stress-free—so your loved one can start receiving the support they need as soon as possible.

Are caregivers trained and certified?

Yes. All BryVea caregivers are carefully screened, trained, and qualified to provide high-quality non-medical home care.

Each caregiver completes orientation and ongoing training in areas such as personal care, safety procedures, infection control, and client rights. We also ensure all staff pass background checks and are prepared to meet the specific needs of each client.

While our services are non-medical, our team is committed to delivering care with professionalism, compassion, and attention to detail—so families can feel confident and at ease.

How do you match caregivers with clients?

At BryVea, we take a personalized approach to every client we serve. We carefully match caregivers based on your loved one’s needs, personality, preferences, and schedule.

We consider factors like experience, communication style, and compatibility to ensure a comfortable and supportive relationship. Our goal is to create a strong connection—so your loved one feels safe, respected, and truly cared for.

If for any reason the match isn’t the right fit, we will gladly make adjustments to ensure your complete satisfaction.

What happens if my caregiver is unavailable?

At BryVea, we understand how important consistency and reliability are. If your regular caregiver is unavailable due to illness, emergency, or time off, we will arrange a qualified backup caregiver to ensure there is no disruption in your care.

Our team communicates with you every step of the way so you’re never left wondering what’s happening. Your care and peace of mind are always our priority.

Can i update or cancel services if my needs change?

Yes, absolutely. At BryVea, we understand that care needs can change over time. You can adjust your schedule, increase or decrease hours, or pause services as needed.

We ask for reasonable notice so we can properly coordinate caregivers, but our goal is to remain flexible and responsive to your situation. Your care plan is always centered around what works best for you and your family.

Do you create a care plan for each client?

Yes. At BryVea, every client receives a personalized care plan tailored to their specific needs, routines, and preferences.

We begin with an in-depth assessment to understand your loved one’s daily activities, level of independence, health considerations, and personal goals. From there, we develop a structured plan that guides our caregivers in delivering consistent, high-quality care.

As needs change, we regularly review and update the care plan to ensure your loved one continues to receive the right level of support.

How much does home care cost?

The cost of care at BryVea depends on the level of support needed, the number of hours, and the type of services provided. Because every client’s situation is unique, we provide a personalized quote after your initial consultation and care assessment.

We are committed to offering clear, upfront pricing with no hidden fees, so you always know what to expect. Our team will walk you through your options and help you find a care plan that fits both your needs and your budget.
